We are currently not in network with any insurances. Payment is due at the time of service. If you want to submit the charges to your insurance company, we will provide a superbill that includes all the billing and diagnostic codes your insurance needs to process the claim.
Please call our office to schedule a New Patient visit. Future visits can then be scheduled via the online portal or over the phone again.
Yes, when you call to schedule your first appointment, we will email you your new patient intake form and cancellation policy. It’s very easy to complete and email back to us. Or, if you prefer, you may fill out a paper intake form upon arrival.
The first visit will take approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
Subsequent visits will take approximately 15 minutes.
We typically do not perform an X-ray on the first visit. If the doctor feels an X-ray is necessary, we will refer you to a diagnostic center.
Typically, yes. The doctor will consult with you first to review your medical history and then follow with an adjustment if there are no contraindications associated with your diagnosis.
